Our professional educational program will provide individualized instruction,
producing competent caregivers to provide supplementary health care to
our Island communities.

Having been involved in many facets of the health care field for the past
twenty-eight years has been a terrific learning experience. It has been interesting
to have lived the many changes that have evolved in the nursing field.
Our purpose is to train individuals to be sensitive, compassionate, caring,
and respectful to all who are in need.

We work diligently with each individual student who also has unique needs.
We want each student to grow and be successful. We also believe that we
must have fun in order to be excited about learning. We accept male and
female applicants from all age groups.

All people have basic needs and have the right to have these needs met.

- Love and Belonging Needs
- Self-esteem Needs
The Resident Care Worker program is designed to educate and equip individuals
with the ability to provide respectful, appropriate care to all residents/clients
that need assistance in the long-term care facility or in the home setting.
